Herpetosure Talk Newts and Knotweed at Thames Gateway Forum 2008
This is our second year at the Thames Gateway Forum, which took place at the ExCel Centre in London on the 26-27th of November.

Our Newt Fencing and Japanese Knotweed eradication services were common talking points over the two days, and with over 5000 visitors the event was a great way to meet construction and property professionals who are directly affected by invasive weed and ecological issues on site.
With close to 400000 metres of Herpetosure newt fencing, snake fencing, reptile fencing and water vole fencing installed so far in the UK; stand visitors were keen to know how best to approach ecological issues quickly and cost effectively.
The Herpetosure Invasive Solutions (H.I.S) team were well represented, George Westropp (Managing Director), Clifford Harris (General Manager and Director) and Simon York (Operation Manager) all relished the oppertunity to raise awarness of Japanese Knotweed and other invasive weed issues. Throughout the day the H.I.S team gave presentations to stand visitors to demonstrate how best to approach invasive weed treatment.
Representatives from the whole Herpetosure contractor network attended; James Shaw-Porter and Mark Gibbens (Directors of Knighton Countryside Management), Guy Tucker and Daniel Sage (Directors of Greenhall Environment) and James Lloyd (Managing Director of Herpetosure and Three Shires Ltd) were all on hand to illustrate the close working relationship the Herpetosure group has nationally and to offer ecological mitigation and habitat creation advice to clients based in their region.
Thank you to all who visited our stand and to our guests who came in support of the Herpetoure group – Thank you.
