Herpetosure hits the news up North!

Herpetosure's work installing newt fencing for Birse on a major by-pass project in Carlisle has hit the local press today! Herpetosure are installing over 7000 metres of temporary and permanent fencing as part of a trapping and exclusion scheme to mitigate great crested newts. This high profile project will see the construction of a by-pass that will link the A595 at Newby West with Kingsmoor Park and M6 junction at Kingstown. It has been estimated that once complete, the CNDR will reduce volumes of traffic on Castle Way by up to 25 per cent. Duncan Lloyd who is managing the mitigation works was happy to speak to the reporters as he installed bucket traps.
